Meditation is a way of relaxation, a way to centre oneself ,a way to calm ones mind and connect with yourself and above all connect with what I call the "Divine Spirit". There are many forms of meditation and whilst I am no expert I do know that ten minutes a day really can set you up for the day ahead.There are so many studios to choose from that offer yoga and meditation sessions ,so my best advice would to visit a few of them and make your own mind up.Yoga is also another amazing way to calm your mind get to know yourself and find inner peace. Most studios will offer a free class, this is a great way to see if it is for you.Some studios can get very busy, so it is a good idea to ask how many attend each class before you sign up for a course. There are also other places that one can join a group, to learn to meditate, your local Spiritulist Church is one, home circles,the best advice is to try a few of them and see where you feel most comfortable.
